BUTTER NAAN:ON GAS-
Ingredients for recipe
In a large bowl add flour/ maida refine oil curd salt sugar baking soda.Now mix them and make a dough and cover it for 3 to four hours.
After three to four hour,dough has to be cut into pieces and give them round shape.
Now roll the dough pieces into flat ovals.Add little amount off water on the one side of the roti.wet side of the roti will be given on hot tawa.
When bread will swell,you have to flip the tawa and when the black dots will come,your bread is ready.Add some butter on it and it's ready to serve.
