Bong Delicacy Muri Ghonto : Fish heade rice

                                  

Ingredients:
Katla fish head/ katla macher muro 1 kg
Gobindovog rice 375gms
Potato 250 gms
Medium onion chopped 4
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1tbsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Red chilli powder1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Curd 1/3 cup
Oil 125 gms
Raisins 20 gms
Salt & Sugar as per your taste
Water 4 cups
Process:
At first coat the fish head with salt and turmeric powder  and fry them.
Cut potato in diced and fry them with pinch of salt .
In the oil add bay leaves cumin seeds whole garam masala and saute.Add chopped onion,fry till golden brown.Now add ginger,garlic,red chilli paste.Saute them for 2 mins & add curd,cumin powder turmeric powder lil amount of salt.You have to saute them for 3 to 4 mins(you can add lil bit of water in this time).
Add the govindobhog rice into it And put 3 cups of water and cover the pan.
Lastly add garam masala and gawa ghee. The smell and taste of ghee will increase the taste.

Now it ready to serve at your lunch or dinner.
